The Tour de France 2012 starts in Liège
With still no less than 215 days to go until the start of the Tour de France 2009 from Monaco and while we just recently got to know that the Tour de France 2010 will start in Rotterdam in The Netherlands, the Belgian newspaper Le Soir already tells us that the Grand Départ of the Tour de France 2012 will be in Belgium, more precisely in Liège!

After the Grand Départ of the Tour de France 2004 from Liège, the Grande Boucle thus goes back to this Belgian city for a new start after only 8 years. If this rumour becomes truth, A.S.O. breaks its half promise concerning the comeback of the Tour de France to London before the Olympic Games in 2012. T ...
